Founder & Clinical Leadership

Led by experience earned in real healthcare settings.

Dr. Menake Galadeni, M.B.B.S. (Sri Lanka), Sri Lanka Medical Council Reg. No. 16745, is the founder and medical leader behind the Siyasi Group. His background spans medical practice, hospital management, medical-device trade, pharmaceutical import and export, healthcare workforce development, and international patient coordination.

Over more than two decades, the group has built practical knowledge of how care is delivered, staffed, equipped, and sustained. That perspective now informs Siyasi Healthcare's work in Malaysia: advanced technology is never considered in isolation from the people, facilities, training, and long-term support required to make it meaningful.

Clinical Foundation

A 100-bed hospital foundation in Sri Lanka.

The Siyasi Group's Sri Lankan healthcare experience includes a 100-bed private hospital built around major clinical services, patient care, diagnostics, and surgery. This operational grounding is what gives the group's future projects their practical point of view: technology, hospitality, and care must work together in the real world.

The hospital capability described for this website includes three operating theatres, major-surgery capacity, CT scanning, FibroScan capability, and an advanced diagnostic laboratory. These are not used as marketing decoration; they represent the kind of clinical infrastructure and operational discipline that informs the wider group vision.

The Wider Siyasi Ecosystem

More than one company. One connected healthcare ambition.

Hospital Operations & Clinical Services

A 100-bed private hospital platform in Sri Lanka provides a practical understanding of patient care, clinical governance, surgical services, diagnostic workflows, staffing, and the day-to-day demands placed on healthcare facilities.

Siyasi Academy & Workforce Development

Siyasi Academy supports vocational and healthcare-oriented education and training in Sri Lanka. The group's stated ambition is to create a credible pipeline of capable professionals for healthcare and related service industries, rather than treating staffing as an afterthought.

International Recruitment & Manpower Services

Through its manpower and foreign-recruitment activity, the group has experience in training and connecting people with overseas professional opportunities. That experience is relevant to the long-term staffing vision behind future care, hospitality, and senior-living services.

Pharmaceuticals & Medical-Device Trade

Experience across pharmaceutical import and export, medical-device trade, and healthcare logistics supports the group's understanding of regulated products, supply pathways, and institutional relationships.

Siyasi Healthcare Malaysia

In Kuala Lumpur, the focus is threefold: responsible medical-tourism coordination, advanced medical technology representation for hospitals, and the long-term development of a world-class senior-living and wellness destination.

How The Group Works

Technology representation, with lifecycle responsibility.

Siyasi Healthcare acts as an authorized representative for selected Japanese medical technology manufacturers, supporting hospital and institutional clients through equipment evaluation, importation, regulatory coordination, logistics, installation, commissioning, staff training, and continuing technical support.

The group does not manufacture the equipment it represents. Ownership of the underlying technology, engineering, and intellectual property remains with each manufacturer. Siyasi's role is to help make the implementation pathway locally informed, commercially disciplined, and operationally supported.

One Continuous Idea of Care

The same standard should guide a hospital project, a private patient journey, and a later chapter of life.

Medical technology, medical tourism, and senior living are often treated as separate industries. Siyasi Healthcare sees them as connected: clinical rigour should also shape the way a patient's journey is coordinated and the way a future resident is welcomed into a later chapter of life.

This is deliberately long-term work. Equipment representation requires regulatory patience and technical depth; medical-tourism coordination requires discretion and responsible communication; a senior-living destination requires years of planning before a single door opens. The group is built around that timeline.
